Founded in 1907, “Kamaboko shop in the back alley” offers a wide variety of kamaboko, including the traditional tempura, with a lot of originality to please our customers. On days when the factory is open, you can enjoy freshly made hot kamaboko. The Saturday-only “Ebiish” and spicy “Kawajan” are very popular!
