Yanagawa Noodle Factory (Yanagawa Udon) Honten is one of Kannonji’s representative long-established udon restaurants that has been around since 1927. In the retro Showa-era interior, the thin udon noodles, which are rarely found at other udon restaurants, are well mixed with the soup stock made from iriko (dried sardines) and kombu (kelp). Try it with onigiri (rice ball) or inari sushi.
