Hishio Ramen・Hishio Gyoza Kuukai Kannonji|Soy Sauce for the World, for Everyday Life

Hishio Ramen and Hishio Gyozaikai Kannonji is based on the concept of “local resources x food”. This is the third store to open in Kagawa Prefecture, following Tokyo (Takadanobaba) and Kagawa (Mitoyo City). The brand produces “Sanuki Shoyu (soy sauce)” made from Shodoshima in Kagawa Prefecture, crossed with Japanese popular food. The Kanonji store will add the newly developed Hishio gyoza to its lineup, making it easy to dine at the store from lunch to dinner. The store also sells frozen fresh gyoza, allowing customers to enjoy soy sauce gyoza at home.
