Kishuya is a long-established store that has been in business for over 100 years, manufacturing and selling semi-perishable udon, dried noodles, somen, and other noodles.
Kishuya’s dried noodles are widely popular as inexpensive and familiar gift udon. Recently, fresh udon noodles, which taste and texture are almost the same as handmade udon noodles, have also become popular and are recommended as souvenirs.
