Imaya Seikouen is a long-established tea store that has been in business for over 100 years. The teas are mainly produced in Kagawa Prefecture, including Sanuki no Shizuku green tea, Takase tea, and Kagawa tea (Japanese tea), and are kept in a large refrigerator to maintain the optimum temperature and humidity for tea. Imaya Shizukaen is known for its matcha sweets. The tea shop’s unique matcha soft serve ice cream is rich and popular with everyone from small children to the elderly.
