Fukusho Suisan is a manufacturer that produces, processes, and sells fresh seafood landed at the Kannonji Fisheries Cooperative.
Fukusho Suisan develops products based on the concept of “products that taste good to eat,” and is especially proud of its very popular deep-fried octopus, which took two years to make.
Fukusho Suisan’s products, including deep-fried octopus, are flash-frozen at -40°C so that they can be enjoyed fresh even after thawing.
