Hokoku Seifun is a flour mill established in 1933. We sell a wide range of products, including “Sanuki no Yume” wheat from Kagawa Prefecture, flour for udon, bread, and confectionery, and Sanuki udon and somen noodles for gifts made from freshly ground wheat.
