Sumibi Yakiniku Gyoten (Sumibi Yakiniku Gyoten) is a yakiniku restaurant directly operated by Gyoten Foods, a meat specialty store established in 1907. The restaurant occupies the second floor of a storefront and has the atmosphere of a hideout. Taking advantage of the strength of a butcher store, the restaurant serves “Olive Beef,” a premium Japanese black beef that is made possible only in Kagawa Prefecture, in its freshest condition. The freshness of the beef is also important, and the internal organs are cut to order, so they are completely free of any tastiness. Enjoy it grilled to a crisp over charcoal.
