Kawatsuru sake brewing Co.., Ltd. has been brewing sake exclusively since its establishment in 1894 in the paddy fields nurtured by the rich nature of the Seto Inland Sea.
The brand name “Kawatsuru” was named after Seizo Kawato, the founder of the company, who dreamed in his dream of a magnificent crane that landed on the Zaita River that flows behind the Shigeru.
