Return to Nature|Expressing the energy of nature through the four seasons

Shizen e no Kaikki Shunkashuto (Return to Nature: Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter) is one of the works of art created by sculptor Masatoshi Izumi. The work expresses the energy of nature through the four seasons, with each of spring, summer, fall, and winter represented in the work.
It is located on the same Yanagimachi Street as “Kintaro,” another work by Masatoshi Izumi.
Masatoshi Izumi says, “Stones carry memories and give us courage for today. Stones tell stories, stones look up to the sky and face tomorrow, and order is born in the space where time ticks away.

Spring (willow), Summer (sun), Autumn (moon), Winter (dignified)
