Stone Sculpture (Municipal Central Library)|Art that naturally blends into the world of books

The stone carving is one of the works of sculptor Masatoshi Izumi installed in the “Kannonji City Central Library.
Stepping out through the high glass doors that let in bright light, visitors can freely enjoy the world of books as the stone carving is set up on a wooden deck, with the high ivy-twined walls blocking out outside sounds. When you visit the Kannonji Central Library, why not enjoy the world of art as well?
