Onohara Festival|Onohara Hachiman Shrine Autumn Festival

The Onohara Hachiman Shrine Autumn Festival (Onohara Matsuri) is held over three days. The “survey” taiko drum stands with red and white dragonflies on them are particularly dynamic and eye-catching. There are 117 taiko drum stands in Kannonji City, and about 20 of them make an appearance. On the second half of the second day, a stage event is held for children to enjoy, and on the third day, there is a show called “Kakikurabe,” in which a 3-ton “survey” is pushed up and down. It will be a powerful spectacle.
