Genpei is a long-established Chinese noodle restaurant that has been in business for more than 60 years, always focusing on pork-bone and soy sauce flavors since its establishment in 1951. The firm, homemade noodles with a medium-thick, chunky texture and a strong eggy flavor are a perfect match with the broth. Although only one Chinese noodle dish is offered, the unchanged taste is still loved by the locals.
