Kanonji City Toyohama General Gymnasium｜Suposh TOYOHAMA, a facility to rejuvenate your body and mind

Kanonji City Toyohama General Gymnasium, commonly known as “Suposh TOYOHAMA,” is a comprehensive community sports club.
The gymnasium has a machine gym, swimming pool, and an arena where basketball and volleyball can be enjoyed. It is also equipped with hot spring facilities, where you can enjoy sauna and open-air baths.
The facility is also designed to be friendly to people with disabilities, with multipurpose restrooms and elevators, as well as multipurpose changing rooms and shower rooms that are wheelchair accessible, so that people can move directly from the pool.

other	・Machine gym and studio use is for high school students and older. ・Bathrooms for junior high school students and younger are available from 10:00 to 20:00. ・Junior high school students and younger may use the pool only during the family pool hours (Saturdays 17:30-19:30/Sundays 10:00-17:00). ・Elementary school students and younger must be accompanied by a junior high school student or older. ・Please inquire separately about arena (gymnasium) fees.

You can walk, run, and train various parts of the body. Beginners can use the facility with ease as staff members provide careful guidance.

Equipment: Strength machines, running, machine free weights

It can be used for various indoor ball games such as basketball and volleyball. The arena is large enough for two basketball courts and six badminton courts. Table tennis, futsal, and many other sports can be enjoyed.
